Giving back

For 2026, we are proud to be supporting Where Next Association in Redditch as our charity of the year. Where Next provides training and work experience opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, helping individuals build confidence, develop skills and gain greater independence. Throughout the year, we will be raising funds and awareness to support the continuation and growth of their work in the local community.

Kate Terry and Libby Blackwell visited the team to see first-hand the impact they are making and to understand how our fundraising will directly benefit the individuals they support. 

In 2025, we supported Friends of Isaac’s Food Bank, a Redditch charity founded in 2020 by Isaac at just nine years old. With the help of our clients across the UK, we raised funds to purchase supermarket vouchers, which were used to buy essential food supplies for local families in need.

In 2025, our very own Alex Footman and Kate Terry took on the Wythall 10k to raise money for Acorns Children’s Hospice, a charity providing specialist care for children and support for their families across the West Midlands. Their efforts helped raise awareness and funds for this vital service and reflected the team spirit and commitment to community that runs through everything we do. This year, Alex and Kate also ran the AJ Bell Great Birmingham 10k to raise money for our charity of the year, Where Next Association.

We’re proud to support local schools and students by sharing our knowledge and experience. This year, we delivered careers guidance and CV sessions at St Bede’s Catholic School, helping young people build confidence and prepare for their future career paths. Alex and Steve also provided a mock interview session in their old school, St Augustine’s Catholic High School. As a business that works with clients across the UK, it’s important to us to remain connected to our roots and to invest in the next generation of professionals right here in Worcestershire.

We’re the proud sponsors of the Bromsgrove Rovers U9s football team and their local tournament. Grassroots sports play a vital role in building teamwork, resilience and community pride, and as a business founded by two football-mad friends, it’s a sport that’s close to our hearts.

We’re proud to have been awarded the Neutral Carbon Zone Blue Award. This recognition reflects our commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We all know how important being environmentally conscious is in our personal lives, but as a business, we recognise that we can make a difference too. That is why we chose to work with Neutral Carbon Zone and join the growing number of businesses embracing their environmental responsibility and taking steps to understand and reduce their carbon footprint.
