Adam is our Non-Executive Director and provides strategic direction and support to the business, helping us to monitor performance, manage risk and governance, and provide general ongoing support to our team. In addition to his role at Stephen Alexander, Adam is CEO of Belmont Healthcare Group, a private healthcare organisation focusing on people with high needs and dementia. He is also a private healthcare entrepreneur, property developer, and start-up adviser, and supports several charities including the Care Workers Charity & Birmingham Children’s Hospital and is a published author.
