Heather has over 8 years of experience in bid management, including 4 years within a tier 1 contractor in construction within the FM & Projects divisions. She brings deep sector knowledge and understanding of what evaluators are looking for, and has supported clients across DPS and framework applications, healthcare, local authority, housing association, and private sector procurement – consistently translating technical delivery into compelling, high-quality responses.
Heather’s approach is hands-on and practical. She works closely with clients to draw out their strengths, structure their evidence, and present their experience in a way that stands out.
