Victoria Longdon is a Certified Practitioner of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CP APMP), recognised for bringing structured best practice and persuasive storytelling to complex bids and tenders.

With a background in bid writing and bid/proposal management roles, including experience in the Facilities Management, Repair & Maintenance, Construction and Materials, Victoria is known for quickly getting to the heart of a requirement and shaping responses that score.  She has contributed to multidisciplinary bids, coordinating inputs across operational, commercial, and technical teams to create cohesive submissions that read with one voice.

Victoria’s approach is collaborative and coaching-led: she works alongside subject matter experts to draw out differentiators, sharpen win themes, and raise the overall quality of client content. She is also recognised within the APMP community, including being listed among APMP’s “40 Under 40” honourees (Class of 2021).
